Everything people usually ask before their first clean.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most customers give us a key or a smart-lock code, both of which are logged and stored securely. If you'd rather be in, that's completely fine too.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Every visit includes plant-based products, fresh microfibre cloths and a HEPA vacuum. If you'd prefer we use your own products, just say so when booking.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Every cleaner is directly employed, DBS checked, referenced and covered by £5m public liability insurance.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. That's our satisfaction guarantee.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes — amend or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit, straight from your booking confirmation.
Which areas do you cover?
Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford and Luton, plus the surrounding villages within roughly ten miles of each town.
